Nexum Suum Inc. which stands for his connection incorporations this business came about by just knowing companies wants and needs, through my conversations with maintenance directors, production managers, plant managers etc. building connections with companies seeing this as a potential weakness and an employee distraction. From a place of understanding I decided to develop Nexum Suum to support plant optimization by helping your leaders  analyze your their teams and/or members strengths and weaknesses allowing production to run smoother. Work processes can be overwhelming for teams and systems, unmotivated team cause for emergency shutdowns, contract work for temporary solutions and/or extra time spent for those deadlines. Production downtime causes loss in profit and customer satisfaction, let us take the extra stress by surveying through our workshops for sed members or creating plans to build a better foundation to improve operations.
